The countdown to Carthage is on! Here’s a look at what to expect this summer as you get ready for your student’s first semester at Carthage.

  • Before your student arrives on campus this fall, and in order to participate in New Student Orientation, your student must complete an undergraduate online check-in through Onboarding on Workday. Your student will need to complete the requirements in the sections below:

    • Student Accounts
    • Financial Aid
    • Medical Information
    • Registrar
    • Student Affairs

Medical forms will be available on June 1 and must be completed by Monday, July 15. The deadline to complete all other sections is Friday, July 26.

Log in to Onboarding to complete your student’s payment planning form. Be sure to select your payment option and complete the rights and responsibilities agreement. To be financially cleared for New Student Arrival and early move-in, your payment option must be initiated.
