New Freshman Students
Welcome to Carthage, Class of 2028! We’re excited to welcome you to campus for the 2024-25 academic year. Here you’ll find all the information you need to prepare for your arrival.

Login Information: Your Username and Password
访问 新员工培训, log in with your Carthage username and password.
- Your username will be the first part of your Carthage email address, which is provided once you attend a new student registration.

- If you have already accessed your Carthage email, your password for 新员工培训 will be your Carthage email password.

Once you have successfully logged into 新员工培训, you can access the Check-In tasks, which includes the five different check-in sections you must complete:

As you complete each section, the portal will indicate your progress. If you need to make any changes after you finalize a section, please contact the Office of 入学s at 800-351-4058.
YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL five SECTIONS BY friday, July 26.
Once you have satisfied all of the requirements, a certificate of completion will appear on your screen. 请打印/保存你的结业证书，并在秋季到校时带来.

Health Insurance Information

Medical History Questionnaire

Online Meningococcal Meningitis / Hepatitis B Response

Note: This form will not appear until students have turned 18 years old, so if you’re turning 18 this summer, you’ll need to complete the response form on or after your birthday.
Immunization History Form
All students must submit their immunization history to Carthage. Download and print the Immunization History Form
